Youthful Departure, Embarking on a New Journey – CHICO FUTYRE's 2026 New Graduate Employee Recruitment Event Successfully Held

The morning activities included a name challenge, group showcases, and four rounds of team competitions: number huddling, reverse action challenges, idiom charades, and back-to-back balloon carrying games. The group competitions, paired with fun mini-punishments, were filled with laughter and joy throughout.

The afternoon's growth sharing session began on time. After a brief warm-up, everyone sang songs praising the motherland and learned about the Six Disciplines of Self-Improvement and the company's corporate culture. Manager Tan from the General Management Department explained the purpose of the sharing session. Representatives of outstanding university graduates from previous years shared their growth experiences. Newly hired university graduates from the Manufacturing Center, IoT Department, R&D Center, and Innovation Research Institute took turns sharing their recent learning insights. At the end of the sharing session, General Manager He summarized and affirmed the energy and thoughtfulness of the young employees, hoping everyone would cultivate a habit of continuous learning, diligently accumulate experience in their positions, and closely integrate personal growth with the company's development.
