Frequently Asked Questions

• Q: What makes the BT-GB2020 jet washing machine different from standard pressure washer nozzles?
• A:Unlike traditional pressure washer spray wands that create uneven streaks and messy overspray, the BT-GB2020 jet washing machine utilizes a 16-inch enclosed stainless steel deck housing a high-speed rotary cleaner spinning at 3000 RPM. It delivers fast, streak-free deep scrubbing over large surface areas. Most importantly, its integrated splash-free bristle skirt traps all high-pressure spray and dirty water inside, ensuring that wastewater never splashes onto nearby pedestrians, walls, or surrounding equipment.

• Q: What is the maximum pressure and temperature rating for this high pressure surface cleaner?
• A:As a heavy-duty 450 Bar jet washing machine, the BT-GB2020 is engineered for extreme commercial and industrial tasks. It handles a maximum water pressure of 450 Bar (6500 PSI), a high flow rate of up to 3000 L/H, and supports hot water temperatures up to 100°C. This makes this high pressure surface cleaner perfect for stripping tough oil stains, grease, grime, and moss from paved driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots.

• Q: Can the BT-GB2020 professional floor cleaning unit be used safely in busy public spaces like parks and sidewalks?
• A:Yes, absolutely. The BT-GB2020 professional floor cleaning unit is specifically designed for public and commercial applications such as parks, sidewalks, plazas, driveways, and outdoor decks. Thanks to its heavy-duty splash-free skirt, operators can safely clean high-traffic areas without disturbing nearby pedestrians or contaminating adjacent storefronts with mud and debris. Additionally, its 360° rotatable universal wheels and adjustable handle ensure smooth and ergonomic operation in congested spaces.

• Q: How durable is the BT-GB2020 high-speed rotary cleaner under daily industrial use?
• A:The BT-GB2020 is built for heavy-duty daily use in harsh environments. It features a heavy-duty stainless steel housing, a reinforced metal frame, and precision-engineered stainless steel high pressure nozzles that offer rust-free and leak-proof performance. The internal high-speed rotary cleaner mechanism is designed to withstand continuous high pressure without losing scrubbing efficiency, providing long-term operational reliability for commercial cleaning contractors.
